وَمِنۡهُم
مَّن
يَسۡتَمِعُ
إِلَيۡكَۖ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
عَلَىٰ
قُلُوبِهِمۡ
أَكِنَّةً
أَن
يَفۡقَهُوهُ
وَفِيٓ
ءَاذَانِهِمۡ
وَقۡرٗاۚ
وَإِن
يَرَوۡاْ
كُلَّ
ءَايَةٖ
لَّا
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
بِهَاۖ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
جَآءُوكَ
يُجَٰدِلُونَكَ
يَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُوٓاْ
إِنۡ
هَٰذَآ
إِلَّآ
أَسَٰطِيرُ
ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
٢٥
ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ನೀವು (ಕುರ್ಆನ್ ಪಠಿಸುವುದನ್ನು) ಕಿವಿಗೊಟ್ಟು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ನಾವು ಅವರ ಹೃದಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕಿವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವುಡುತನವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಾಂತಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೂ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತರ್ಕಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದರೆ, ಆ ಸತ್ಯನಿಷೇಧಿಗಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: “ಇದು ಪುರಾತನ ಕಾಲದ ಕಟ್ಟುಕಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲದೆ ಇನ್ನೇನೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.”

The Polythiests Shall be Questioned About the Shirk They Committed
About the polytheists, Allah said:
وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعاً
(And on the Day when We shall gather them all together,) This is on the Day of Resurrection, when He will ask them about the idols and rivals that they worshipped instead
