لِّلرِّجَالِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
وَلِلنِّسَآءِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
مِمَّا
قَلَّ
مِنۡهُ
أَوۡ
كَثُرَۚ
نَصِيبٗا
مَّفۡرُوضٗا
٧
Đàn ông được quyền hưởng gia tài của cha mẹ và bà con ruột thịt để lại (sau khi họ qua đời), và phụ nữ cũng được quyền hưởng gia tài của cha mẹ và bà con ruột thịt để lại (sau khi họ qua đời), dù ít hay nhiều[7]. (Đó là) giáo luật bắt buộc (từ Allah). 1
