رَبَّكَ
هُوَ
أَعۡلَمُ
مَن
يَضِلُّ
عَن
سَبِيلِهِۦۖ
وَهُوَ
أَعۡلَمُ
بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ

Quả thật, Thượng Đế của Ngươi (hỡi Thiên Sứ) biết rõ ai là kẻ lạc khỏi con đường của Ngài và Ngài biết rõ ai là người được hướng dẫn đúng đường.

Allah states that most of the people of the earth, are misguided. Allah said in other Ayat,
وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ أَكْثَرُ الاٌّوَّلِينَ
