قَالَ
لَقَدۡ
ظَلَمَكَ
بِسُؤَالِ
نَعۡجَتِكَ
إِلَىٰ
نِعَاجِهِۦۖ
وَإِنَّ
كَثِيرٗا
مِّنَ
ٱلۡخُلَطَآءِ
لَيَبۡغِي
بَعۡضُهُمۡ
عَلَىٰ
بَعۡضٍ
إِلَّا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
وَعَمِلُواْ
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
وَقَلِيلٞ
مَّا
هُمۡۗ
وَظَنَّ
دَاوُۥدُ
أَنَّمَا
فَتَنَّٰهُ
فَٱسۡتَغۡفَرَ
رَبَّهُۥ
وَخَرَّۤ
رَاكِعٗاۤ
وَأَنَابَ ۩

A zis [David]: „El a fost nedrept cu tine, dacă ţi‑a cerut să împreuni oaia ta cu oile lui. Şi mulţi dintre cei care se asociază1 îşi încalcă unii altora drepturile, afară de aceia care cred şi împlinesc fapte bune – dar cât de puţini sunt ei!” Şi David a socotit2 că Noi îl punem la încercare şi s‑a rugat de iertare Domnului său şi a căzut, prosternându‑se, şi s‑a căit.3
