ٱللَّهُ
يَتَوَفَّى
ٱلۡأَنفُسَ
حِينَ
مَوۡتِهَا
وَٱلَّتِي
لَمۡ
تَمُتۡ
فِي
مَنَامِهَاۖ
فَيُمۡسِكُ
ٱلَّتِي
قَضَىٰ
عَلَيۡهَا
ٱلۡمَوۡتَ
وَيُرۡسِلُ
ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰٓ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَجَلٖ
مُّسَمًّىۚ
إِنَّ
فِي
ذَٰلِكَ
لَأٓيَٰتٖ
لِّقَوۡمٖ
يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
٤٢
Wẽnd n kʋʋd yõyã b kũumã wakato, la sẽn pa ki-b b gõeem wakat me, t'A yõk a sẽn bʋ kũumã a soab zugã, la A bas a to wã n tʋg wakat sẽn yãk raare, ad yel-soalem be rẽ pʋgẽ ne neb sẽn tagsd n getẽ.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَبَ
(Verily, We have sent down to you the Book) meaning, the Qur'an.
لِلنَّاسِ بِالْحَق
(for mankind in truth.) means, for all of creation, mankind and Jinn, so that he may warn them therewith.
فَمَنِ اهْتَدَى فَلِنَفْسِهِ
