In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful

فقدرنا فنعم القادرون ٢٣

فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَـٰدِرُونَ ٢٣

فَقَدَرۡنَا
فَنِعۡمَ
ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ
٢٣

We ˹perfectly˺ ordained ˹its development˺. How excellent are We in doing so!
