Al-Ma'idah 5:97 ۞ جعل الله الكعبة البيت الحرام قياما للناس والشهر الحرام والهدي والقلايد ذالك لتعلموا ان الله يعلم ما في السماوات وما في الارض وان الله بكل شيء عليم ٩٧
۞ جَعَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
ٱلۡكَعۡبَةَ
ٱلۡبَيۡتَ
ٱلۡحَرَامَ
قِيَٰمٗا
لِّلنَّاسِ
وَٱلشَّهۡرَ
ٱلۡحَرَامَ
وَٱلۡهَدۡيَ
وَٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
يَعۡلَمُ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بِكُلِّ
شَيۡءٍ
عَلِيمٌ
٩٧
Allāh has made the Kaʿbah, the Sacred House, standing1 for the people and [has sanctified] the sacred months and the sacrificial animals and the garlands [by which they are identified]. That is so you may know that Allāh knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth and that Allāh is Knowing of all things.

Allah menjadikan Kaabah, rumah yang mulia itu, sebagai tempat tumpuan manusia (untuk menjalankan ibadat dan hal-hal hidup), demikian juga bulan-bulan yang mulia, dan binatang-binatang korban, dan kalong-kalong binatang korban itu. Yang demikian itu, supaya kamu ketahui bahawa sesungguhnya Allah mengetahui apa yang ada di langit dan apa yang ada di bumi, dan bahawa sesungguhnya Allah Maha mengetahui akan tiap-tiap sesuatu.

Water Game is Allowed for the Muhrim
Sa`id bin Al-Musayyib, Sa`id bin Jubayr and others commented on Allah's statement;
أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ
(Lawful to you is (the pursuit of) water game...) that it means, what one eats fresh from it, while,
وَطَعَامُهُ
(And its use for food) what is eaten dry
