Al-Isra 17:95 قل لو كان في الارض ملايكة يمشون مطمينين لنزلنا عليهم من السماء ملكا رسولا ٩٥
قُل
لَّوۡ
كَانَ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
مَلَٰٓئِكَةٞ
يَمۡشُونَ
مُطۡمَئِنِّينَ
لَنَزَّلۡنَا
عَلَيۡهِم
مِّنَ
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
مَلَكٗا
رَّسُولٗا
٩٥
Ngươi (hỡi Thiên Sứ) hãy đáp (lại họ): “Nếu như trên mặt đất có các vị Thiên Thần ung dung đi lại thì chắc chắn TA (Allah) đã phái một Thiên Thần từ trên trời xuống làm Sứ Giả rồi.”

وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ
(And nothing prevented men) means, most of them,
أَن يُؤْمِنُواْ
(from believing) and following the Messengers, except the fact that they found it strange that human beings would be sent
