رَّبِّ
ٱغۡفِرۡ
لِي
وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ
وَلِمَن
دَخَلَ
بَيۡتِيَ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۖ
وَلَا
تَزِدِ
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
إِلَّا
تَبَارَۢا
٢٨
ای پروردگارم! من و پدر و مادرم را و هر کسی را که مؤمن به خانهام داخل شود و مردان و زنان مؤمن را بیامرز و ظالمان را جز نابودی نیفزا.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
مِّمَّا خَطِيئَتِهِمْ
(Because of their sins) It also has been recited as; (خَطَايَاهُمْ) (their errors.)
أُغْرِقُواْ
(they were drowned,) meaning, for their numerous sins, rebellion, persistence in disbelief and opposition to their Messengers.
