وَيَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
لَوۡلَا
نُزِّلَتۡ
سُورَةٞۖ
فَإِذَآ
أُنزِلَتۡ
سُورَةٞ
مُّحۡكَمَةٞ
وَذُكِرَ
فِيهَا
ٱلۡقِتَالُ
رَأَيۡتَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
فِي
قُلُوبِهِم
مَّرَضٞ
يَنظُرُونَ
إِلَيۡكَ
نَظَرَ
ٱلۡمَغۡشِيِّ
عَلَيۡهِ
مِنَ
ٱلۡمَوۡتِۖ
فَأَوۡلَىٰ
لَهُمۡ
٢٠
Cei care cred spun: „De ce nu ne este trimisă o Sură?”1 Dar când este revelată o Sură limpede, în care este pomenită lupta, îi vezi pe cei care au o boală în inimile lor privind spre tine cu privirea aceluia care este leșinat [de teamă] la apropierea morții. Dar ar fi fost mai bine pentru ei2 [să se supună].

The Situation of the True Believer and the Sick-Hearted when the Command for Jihad was revealed
Allah mentions that the believers were hoping that Jihad would be legislated. But when Allah ordained it, many of the people turned back, as Allah says,
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ قِيلَ لَهُمْ كُفُّواْ أَي
