Al-Kahf 18:82 واما الجدار فكان لغلامين يتيمين في المدينة وكان تحته كنز لهما وكان ابوهما صالحا فاراد ربك ان يبلغا اشدهما ويستخرجا كنزهما رحمة من ربك وما فعلته عن امري ذالك تاويل ما لم تسطع عليه صبرا ٨٢
وَاَمَّا
الْجِدَارُ
فَكَانَ
لِغُلٰمَیْنِ
یَتِیْمَیْنِ
فِی
الْمَدِیْنَةِ
وَكَانَ
تَحْتَهٗ
كَنْزٌ
لَّهُمَا
وَكَانَ
اَبُوْهُمَا
صَالِحًا ۚ
فَاَرَادَ
رَبُّكَ
اَنْ
یَّبْلُغَاۤ
اَشُدَّهُمَا
وَیَسْتَخْرِجَا
كَنْزَهُمَا ۖۗ
رَحْمَةً
مِّنْ
رَّبِّكَ ۚ
وَمَا
فَعَلْتُهٗ
عَنْ
اَمْرِیْ ؕ
ذٰلِكَ
تَاْوِیْلُ
مَا
لَمْ
تَسْطِعْ
عَّلَیْهِ
صَبْرًا
۟ؕ۠
Dan adapun dinding rumah itu adalah milik dua anak yatim di kota itu, yang di bawahnya tersimpan harta bagi mereka berdua, dan ayahnya seorang yang saleh. Maka Tuhanmu menghendaki agar keduanya sampai dewasa dan keduanya mengeluarkan simpanannya itu sebagai rahmat dari Tuhanmu. Apa yang kuperbuat bukan menurut kemauanku sendiri. Itulah keterangan perbuatan-perbuatan yang engkau tidak sabar terhadapnya."

Interpretation of why the Wall was repaired for no Charge
In this Ayah there is a proof that the word Qaryah (village) may be used to refer to a city (Madinah), because Allah first says,
حَتَّى إِذَآ أَتَيَآ أَهْلَ قَرْيَةٍ
