Húd 11:29 ويا قوم لا اسالكم عليه مالا ان اجري الا على الله وما انا بطارد الذين امنوا انهم ملاقو ربهم ولاكني اراكم قوما تجهلون ٢٩

وَيَٰقَوۡمِ
لَآ
أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ
عَلَيۡهِ
مَالًاۖ
إِنۡ
أَجۡرِيَ
إِلَّا
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِۚ
وَمَآ
أَنَا۠
بِطَارِدِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوٓاْۚ
إِنَّهُم
مُّلَٰقُواْ
رَبِّهِمۡ
وَلَٰكِنِّيٓ
أَرَىٰكُمۡ
قَوۡمٗا
تَجۡهَلُونَ
٢٩
¡Oh, pueblo mío! No les pido retribución alguna a cambio [de transmitirles el Mensaje][1], pues Dios será Quien me recompensará, y no voy a rechazar a los creyentes [pobres como me piden], porque ellos se encontrarán con su Señor [Quien los recompensará por su fe]; y veo que son ustedes un pueblo que se comporta como los ignorantes[2]. 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَمَآ أَنَاْ بِطَارِدِ الَّذِينَ ءامَنُواْ
(I am not going to drive away those who have believed.) This alludes to the fact that they (the disbelievers) requested Nuh to disassociate himself from the believers, because they were averse to them and felt themselves too important to sit with them. This
