An-Nisa' 4:93 ومن يقتل مومنا متعمدا فجزاوه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه واعد له عذابا عظيما ٩٣
وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
Quant à celui qui tue intentionnellement un croyant, il est voué, pour prix de son geste, à la Géhenne où il demeurera, poursuivi par la colère et la malédiction d’Allah qui lui a préparé d’affreux tourments1.

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
