Al-Isra' 17:13 وكل انسان الزمناه طايره في عنقه ونخرج له يوم القيامة كتابا يلقاه منشورا ١٣
وَكُلَّ
إِنسَٰنٍ
أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ
طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ
فِي
عُنُقِهِۦۖ
وَنُخۡرِجُ
لَهُۥ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
كِتَٰبٗا
يَلۡقَىٰهُ
مَنشُورًا
١٣
Chaque homme est l’otage de ses œuvres. Le Jour de la résurrection, Nous lui présenterons le registre de ses actions qui sera déployé sous ses yeux.

Every Person will have the Book of his Deeds with Him
After mentioning time, and the deeds of the son of Adam that take place therein, Allah says:
