Al-Hajj 22:64 له ما في السماوات وما في الارض وان الله لهو الغني الحميد ٦٤
لَّهُۥ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَإِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
لَهُوَ
ٱلۡغَنِيُّ
ٱلۡحَمِيدُ
٦٤
Il possède tout ce qui se trouve dans les cieux et sur la terre. Allah, en vérité, est Celui qui peut parfaitement se passer des hommes et qui est digne de toutes les louanges.

This is a further sign of His might and power; that he sends the winds to drive the clouds which deliver rain to the barren land where nothing grows, land which is dry, dusty and desiccated.
