قُلِ
ٱللَّهُمَّ
فَاطِرَ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
عَٰلِمَ
ٱلۡغَيۡبِ
وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ
أَنتَ
تَحۡكُمُ
بَيۡنَ
عِبَادِكَ
فِي
مَا
كَانُواْ
فِيهِ
يَخۡتَلِفُونَ
٤٦
ចូរអ្នក(ឱអ្នកនាំសារមូហាំម៉ាត់)ពោលថា៖ បពិត្រអល់ឡោះជាម្ចាស់ ជាអ្នកដែលបង្កើតមេឃជាច្រើនជាន់និងផែនដី ជាអ្នកដែលដឹងបំផុតចំពោះប្រការអាថ៌កំបាំង និងប្រការដែលលាតត្រដាង! ព្រះអង្គ(តែមួយគត់)ដែលកាត់សេចក្តីរវាងខ្ញុំបម្រើទាំងឡាយរបស់ព្រះអង្គ(នៅថ្ងៃបរលោក)ចំពោះអ្វីដែលពួកគេធ្លាប់បានខ្វែងគំនិតគ្នា។

How to supplicate After condemning the idolators for their love of Shirk and their hatred of Tawhid
Allah then says:
قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَدَةِ
(Say: "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the unseen and the seen!...") meaning,
