قُلِ
ٱللَّهُمَّ
فَاطِرَ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
عَٰلِمَ
ٱلۡغَيۡبِ
وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ
أَنتَ
تَحۡكُمُ
بَيۡنَ
عِبَادِكَ
فِي
مَا
كَانُواْ
فِيهِ
يَخۡتَلِفُونَ
٤٦
Reci: “Allahu, Stvoritelju nebesa i Zemlje, Ti Koji znaš nevidljivi i vidljivi svijet, Ti ćeš robovima Svojim presuditi u onom oko čega su se razilazili!”

Allah then says:
قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَدَةِ
(Say: "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the unseen and the seen!...") meaning,
