قُلِ
ٱللَّهُمَّ
فَاطِرَ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
عَٰلِمَ
ٱلۡغَيۡبِ
وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ
أَنتَ
تَحۡكُمُ
بَيۡنَ
عِبَادِكَ
فِي
مَا
كَانُواْ
فِيهِ
يَخۡتَلِفُونَ
٤٦
言え。「諸天と大地の創成者*、不可視の世界*も現象界[1]もご存知のアッラー*よ、あなたは（復活の日*、）あなたの僕たちの間を、彼らが（あなたについて）意見を異にしていたことにおいて、お裁きになります」。 1

Allah then says:
قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَدَةِ
(Say: "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the unseen and the seen!...") meaning,
