عَلَيۡكَ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
لِلنَّاسِ
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ

فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
وَمَن
ضَلَّ
فَإِنَّمَا
يَضِلُّ
عَلَيۡهَاۖ

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَبَ
(Verily, We have sent down to you the Book) meaning, the Qur'an.
