إِنَّآ
أَنزَلۡنَا
عَلَيۡكَ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
لِلنَّاسِ
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ
فَمَنِ
ٱهۡتَدَىٰ
فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
وَمَن
ضَلَّ
فَإِنَّمَا
يَضِلُّ
عَلَيۡهَاۖ
وَمَآ
أَنتَ
عَلَيۡهِم
بِوَكِيلٍ

(ਹੇ ਨਬੀ!) ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ’ਤੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ’ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ (.ਕੁਰਆਨ) ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ (ਦੀ ਹਿਦਾਇਤ) ਲਈ ਨਾਜ਼ਿਲ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਈ ਹੈ। ਸੋ ਹੁਣ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਰਾਹ ਆਪਣਾਵੇਗਾ, ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਭਲੇ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਰਾਹੋਂ ਭਟਕ ਜਾਵੇ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗੁਮਰਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਉਸੇ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ।1

إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَبَ
(Verily, We have sent down to you the Book) meaning, the Qur'an.
