81:29
وما تشاءون الا ان يشاء الله رب العالمين ٢٩
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ ٢٩

But you cannot will ˹to do so˺, except by the Will of Allah, the Lord of all worlds.
