بَعۡلٗا
وَتَذَرُونَ
أَحۡسَنَ
ٱلۡخَٰلِقِينَ

ನೀವು ಬಾಲ್ (ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು) ಕರೆದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತೀರಾ? ಮತ್ತು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯುತ್ತೀರಾ?

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَلاَ تَتَّقُونَ
(When he said to his people: "Will you not have Taqwa") means, `do you not fear Allah when you worship others instead of Him'
