وَلَا
تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ
أَيۡمَٰنَكُمۡ
دَخَلَۢا
بَيۡنَكُمۡ
فَتَزِلَّ
قَدَمُۢ
بَعۡدَ
ثُبُوتِهَا
وَتَذُوقُواْ
ٱلسُّوٓءَ
بِمَا
صَدَدتُّمۡ
عَن
سَبِيلِ
ٱللَّهِ
وَلَكُمۡ
عَذَابٌ
عَظِيمٞ
٩٤
あなた方の誓約を、あなた方の間の騙し（の手段）としてはならない。そうすれば足元が堅固であった後に躓くこと[1]となり、あなた方は（人々を騙して）アッラー*の道から阻んだことゆえに、災い[2]を味わうことになるのだ。そしてあなた方には（来世で）、この上ない懲罰があるのである。 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
If Allah had willed, He would have made all of Humanity one Nation
Allah says:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ
(And had Allah willed, He would have made you) meaning - O mankind,
أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً
((all) one nation,) This is like the Ayah:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيع
