أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
يَدۡعُونَ
يَبۡتَغُونَ
إِلَىٰ
رَبِّهِمُ
ٱلۡوَسِيلَةَ
أَيُّهُمۡ
أَقۡرَبُ
وَيَرۡجُونَ
رَحۡمَتَهُۥ
وَيَخَافُونَ
عَذَابَهُۥٓۚ
إِنَّ
عَذَابَ
رَبِّكَ
كَانَ
مَحۡذُورٗا
٥٧
معبودهای را که مشرکین (به یاری و دعا) میخوانند، (مانند فرشتگان و عیسی و عزیر)، خودشان بهسوی پروردگارشان وسیلهای (برای تقرب) میجویند که کدام یک از آنها به الله نزدیکترند و به رحمت وی امیدوارند و از عذاب او میترسند، چرا که عذاب پروردگارت قابل حذر و ترسیدن است.

The gods of the Idolators can neither benefit nor harm; rather they themselves seek to draw close to Allah
