Al-An-Am 6:104 قد جاءكم بصاير من ربكم فمن ابصر فلنفسه ومن عمي فعليها وما انا عليكم بحفيظ ١٠٤

The Meaning of Basa'ir

Basa'ir are the proofs and evidences in the Qur'an and the Message of Allah's Messenger ﷺ . The Ayah,

فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ

(so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) himself.) is similar to,

فَمَنُ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِل
