إِذۡ
أَنتُم
بِٱلۡعُدۡوَةِ
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
وَهُم
بِٱلۡعُدۡوَةِ
ٱلۡقُصۡوَىٰ
وَٱلرَّكۡبُ
أَسۡفَلَ
مِنكُمۡۚ
وَلَوۡ
تَوَاعَدتُّمۡ
لَٱخۡتَلَفۡتُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡمِيعَٰدِ
وَلَٰكِن
لِّيَقۡضِيَ
ٱللَّهُ
أَمۡرٗا
كَانَ
مَفۡعُولٗا
لِّيَهۡلِكَ
مَنۡ
هَلَكَ
عَنۢ
بَيِّنَةٖ
وَيَحۡيَىٰ
مَنۡ
حَيَّ
عَنۢ
بَيِّنَةٖۗ
وَإِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
لَسَمِيعٌ
عَلِيمٌ
٤٢
[Aduceți-vă aminte] când voi erați pe malul apropiat, iar ei [dușmanii] pe malul îndepărtat [al văii], iar caravana se afla mai jos decât voi. Dacă voi v-ați fi dat întâlnire, nu ați fi fost atât de înțeleși asupra timpului întâlnirii. Însă Allah a Voit să împlinească un lucru ce trebuia împlinit, pentru ca să piară [prin necredință] cei care au pierit având dovadă, și să rămână în viață cei care au rămas în viață având dovadă. Și Allah este, neîndoielnic, Sami' [Cel care Aude Totul] [și] 'Alim [Bineștiutor].
