وَكَذَٰلِكَ
نُصَرِّفُ
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
وَلِيَقُولُواْ
دَرَسۡتَ
وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُۥ
لِقَوۡمٖ
يَعۡلَمُونَ

La yaa woto la Tõnd kẽnesd Aaya-rãmba, la Lɑgm-n-tɑɑrɑ rãmb na n yeelame tɩ wã pɑ sẽn yi Wẽnd nengẽ, lɑ fo karem-a Gɑfã rɑmb sẽn deng tɑoorã nengẽ, la Tõnd sẽn mɑɑn Aɑyɑ-rãmbɑ tɩ yɑɑ toor toorã yɑɑ bʋl yĩnga tɩ D na vẽneg sɩdã n kõ sɩd-kõtbã, bɑ lɑɑ bãmb lɑ mitbɑ n yɑɑ sɑkdbɑ.

The Meaning of Basa'ir
Basa'ir are the proofs and evidences in the Qur'an and the Message of Allah's Messenger ﷺ . The Ayah,
فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ
(so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) himself.) is similar to,
فَمَنُ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِل
