قَدۡ
جَآءَكُم
بَصَآئِرُ
مِن
رَّبِّكُمۡۖ
فَمَنۡ
أَبۡصَرَ
فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
وَمَنۡ
عَمِيَ
فَعَلَيۡهَاۚ
وَمَآ
أَنَا۠
عَلَيۡكُم
بِحَفِيظٖ
١٠٤
V-au venit vouă dovezi de la Domnul vostru. Cel ce le vede limpede o face pentru sufletul său, iar cel care rămâne orb [la ele] o face împotriva lui [sufletului său]. Și [spune] „Eu nu sunt păzitor peste voi.”1

The Meaning of Basa'ir
Basa'ir are the proofs and evidences in the Qur'an and the Message of Allah's Messenger ﷺ . The Ayah,
فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ
(so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) himself.) is similar to,
فَمَنُ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِل
