انا نحن نزلنا عليك القران تنزيلا ٢٣
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَنزِيلًۭا ٢٣

Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muḥammad], the Qur’ān progressively.
