بِأَنَّهُمۡ

ءَامَنُواْ

كَفَرُواْ

فَطُبِعَ

عَلَىٰ

قُلُوبِهِمۡ

فَهُمۡ

لَا

يَفۡقَهُونَ

This is because they believed and then abandoned faith. Therefore, their hearts have been sealed, so they do not comprehend.
