أَفَلَا
يَتَدَبَّرُونَ
ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ
أَمۡ
عَلَىٰ
قُلُوبٍ
أَقۡفَالُهَآ

Will they then not meditate on the Qur'an, or are there locks on the hearts?
