Al-Hijr 15:22 وارسلنا الرياح لواقح فانزلنا من السماء ماء فاسقيناكموه وما انتم له بخازنين ٢٢
وَأَرۡسَلۡنَا

فَأَنزَلۡنَا
مِنَ

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Supplies for All Things are with Allah
