Al-Máida 5:35 يا ايها الذين امنوا اتقوا الله وابتغوا اليه الوسيلة وجاهدوا في سبيله لعلكم تفلحون ٣٥
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
وَٱبۡتَغُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِ
ٱلۡوَسِيلَةَ
وَجَٰهِدُواْ
فِي
سَبِيلِهِۦ
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
تُفۡلِحُونَ
٣٥
¡Oh, creyentes! Tengan temor de Dios, busquen acercarse a Él [realizando obras de bien] y luchen por Su causa, que así tendrán éxito.

Commanding Taqwa, Wasilah, and Jihad
Allah commands His faithful servants to fear Him in Taqwa, which if mentioned along with acts of obedience, it means to refrain from the prohibitions and the prohibited matters. Allah said next,
