Al-Anbiyá 21:31 وجعلنا في الارض رواسي ان تميد بهم وجعلنا فيها فجاجا سبلا لعلهم يهتدون ٣١
وَجَعَلۡنَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
رَوَٰسِيَ
أَن
تَمِيدَ
بِهِمۡ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
فِيهَا
فِجَاجٗا
سُبُلٗا
لَّعَلَّهُمۡ
يَهۡتَدُونَ
٣١
Afirmé la Tierra con montañas para que no tiemble[1], y dispuse caminos para que encuentren guía. 1

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
