لينذر من كان حيا ويحق القول على الكافرين ٧٠
لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّۭا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٧٠

to warn whoever is ˹truly˺ alive and fulfil the decree ˹of torment˺ against the disbelievers.
