وَكَانُواْ
يَتَّقُونَ

Yusuf's Reign in Egypt
Allah said next,
وَكَذلِكَ مَكَّنَّا لِيُوسُفَ فِى الاٌّرْضِ
(Thus did We give full authority to Yusuf in the land), in Egypt,
يَتَبَوَّأُ مِنْهَا حَيْثُ يَشَآءُ
