وَٱلشَّمۡسُ
تَجۡرِي
لِمُسۡتَقَرّٖ
لَّهَاۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
تَقۡدِيرُ
ٱلۡعَزِيزِ
ٱلۡعَلِيمِ
٣٨
Ang adlaw nagdagan sa (sa agianan niini [orbit]) ngadto sa usa ka napiho (natakda) nga panahon nga gikatudlo alang niini; kini mao ang Kamandoan sa (Allah), ang Labing Makagagahum, ang Labing Nakahibalo.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Among the Signs of the Might and Power of Allah are the Night and Day, and the Sun and Moon
يُغْشِى الَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا
(He brings the night as a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly) (7:54). Allah says here:
