فَٱصۡبِرۡ
عَلَىٰ
مَا
يَقُولُونَ
وَسَبِّحۡ
بِحَمۡدِ
رَبِّكَ
قَبۡلَ
طُلُوعِ
ٱلشَّمۡسِ
وَقَبۡلَ
غُرُوبِهَاۖ
وَمِنۡ
ءَانَآيِٕ
ٱلَّيۡلِ
فَسَبِّحۡ
وَأَطۡرَافَ
ٱلنَّهَارِ
لَعَلَّكَ
تَرۡضَىٰ
١٣٠
پس در مقابل آنچه میگویند صبر کن. و قبل از طلوع آفتاب و پیش از غروب آن و در بخشی از ساعات شب و در بخشهایی از روز پروردگارت را به پاکی یاد کن، تا راضی و خشنود گردی،
