طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
Nuk është mëkat për ju nëse i lëshoni gratë pa pasur kontakt (martesë) me to dhe para se t’u caktoni atyre ndonjë caktim (kurorë-nikah), po pajisni ato (me ndonjë pajisje), pasaniku sipas mundësisë së tij dhe i varfëri sipas mundësisë së tij. Një pajisje e zakonshme është obligim për bëmirësit.
