Al-An'am 6:137 وكذالك زين لكثير من المشركين قتل اولادهم شركاوهم ليردوهم وليلبسوا عليهم دينهم ولو شاء الله ما فعلوه فذرهم وما يفترون ١٣٧

وَكَذَٰلِكَ
زَيَّنَ
لِكَثِيرٖ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
قَتۡلَ
أَوۡلَٰدِهِمۡ
شُرَكَآؤُهُمۡ
لِيُرۡدُوهُمۡ
وَلِيَلۡبِسُواْ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
دِينَهُمۡۖ
وَلَوۡ
شَآءَ
ٱللَّهُ
مَا
فَعَلُوهُۖ
فَذَرۡهُمۡ
وَمَا
يَفۡتَرُونَ
١٣٧
Kështu shumicës së idhujtarëve, idhujt ua hijeshuan atyre mbyten e fëmijëve të vet, për t’i shkatërruar (me mashtrime) dhe për ‘ua ngatërruar fenë (që e kishin pasur të Ismailit). Po sikur të donte All-llahu, ata nuk do të bënin atë, andaj hiqu tyre dhe asaj që shpifin.
