هَٰذَا
بَلَٰغٞ
لِّلنَّاسِ
وَلِيُنذَرُواْ
بِهِۦ
وَلِيَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّمَا
هُوَ
إِلَٰهٞ
وَٰحِدٞ
وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
٥٢
(52) މި قرآن މިއީ މީސްތަކުންނަށްވާ އިއްވައިލުމެކެވެ. އެބަހީ: ﷲ تعالى ގެ حضرة ން އެންމެހައި މީސްތަކުންނަށްވާ وعظ އާއި نصيحة އާއި عبرة އަންގަވާ އިއްވަވައިލުމެކެވެ. އަދި އެމީހުން ބިރުވެތިވެ وعظ އާއި نصيحة ލިބިގަންނަހުށިކަމެވެ! އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން ﷲ تعالى އީ ހަމަ އެންމެ إله އަކު ކަން އެމީހުން ދަންނަހުށިކަމެވެ! އަދި ބޯހުރި ބުއްދިވެރި މީހުން نصيحة އާއި وعظ އާއި عبرة ލިބިގަންނަހުރިކަމެވެ! والله أعلم بالصّواب.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.) 6:19 This Qur'an is for all mankind and the Jinns, just as Allah said in the beginning of this Surah,
الر كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ الن
…Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.
