هَٰذَا
بَلَٰغٞ
لِّلنَّاسِ
وَلِيُنذَرُواْ
بِهِۦ
وَلِيَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّمَا
هُوَ
إِلَٰهٞ
وَٰحِدٞ
وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ

Oyó ezali sango mpe liyebisi (kurani) тропа bato bakeba na yango, mpe bayeba ya sólo ete, ye Nzambe (Allah) azali sé ye moko, na yango esengeli na bato ya mayele basosola.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.) 6:19 This Qur'an is for all mankind and the Jinns, just as Allah said in the beginning of this Surah,
الر كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ الن
…Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.
