وَيَٰقَوۡمِ
لَآ
أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ
عَلَيۡهِ
مَالًاۖ
إِنۡ
أَجۡرِيَ
إِلَّا
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِۚ
وَمَآ
أَنَا۠
بِطَارِدِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوٓاْۚ
إِنَّهُم
مُّلَٰقُواْ
رَبِّهِمۡ
وَلَٰكِنِّيٓ
أَرَىٰكُمۡ
قَوۡمٗا
تَجۡهَلُونَ
٢٩
“Soni E ŵandu ŵangu! Ngangun’juga chipanje pa wele (utengau), malipilo gangu nganigaŵa kwinepe ikaŵeje kwa Allah, soni une nganimba naaŵinjile aŵala ŵaakulupilile, chisimu ŵanganyao tachisimangana ni M’mbuje gwao (nikwalipila yambone yao), nambo une ngum’bona jenumanja kuti n’di ŵandu ajinga.”

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَمَآ أَنَاْ بِطَارِدِ الَّذِينَ ءامَنُواْ
(I am not going to drive away those who have believed.) This alludes to the fact that they (the disbelievers) requested Nuh to disassociate himself from the believers, because they were averse to them and felt themselves too important to sit with them. This
