An-Nisa' 4:7 للرجال نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون وللنساء نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون مما قل منه او كثر نصيبا مفروضا ٧
لِّلرِّجَالِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
وَلِلنِّسَآءِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
مِمَّا
قَلَّ
مِنۡهُ
أَوۡ
كَثُرَۚ
نَصِيبٗا
مَّفۡرُوضٗا
٧
Aux hommes1 revient une part déterminée des biens, importants ou insignifiants, laissés en héritage par leurs parents et leurs proches, de même qu’aux femmes revient une part déterminée des biens laissés par leurs parents et leurs proches2.
