An-Nisa' 4:5 ولا توتوا السفهاء اموالكم التي جعل الله لكم قياما وارزقوهم فيها واكسوهم وقولوا لهم قولا معروفا ٥
وَلَا
تُؤۡتُواْ
ٱلسُّفَهَآءَ
أَمۡوَٰلَكُمُ
ٱلَّتِي
جَعَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَكُمۡ
قِيَٰمٗا
وَٱرۡزُقُوهُمۡ
فِيهَا
وَٱكۡسُوهُمۡ
وَقُولُواْ
لَهُمۡ
قَوۡلٗا
مَّعۡرُوفٗا
٥
Ne remettez pas aux personnes frappées d’incapacité juridique1 les biens placés sous votre tutelle - biens dont Allah a fait votre subsistance -, mais utilisez-les afin de pourvoir à leurs besoins en nourriture et en vêtements. Et adressez-vous à elles de manière convenable.
