An-Nisa' 4:135 ۞ يا ايها الذين امنوا كونوا قوامين بالقسط شهداء لله ولو على انفسكم او الوالدين والاقربين ان يكن غنيا او فقيرا فالله اولى بهما فلا تتبعوا الهوى ان تعدلوا وان تلووا او تعرضوا فان الله كان بما تعملون خبيرا ١٣٥
۞ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
كُونُواْ
قَوَّٰمِينَ
بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ
شُهَدَآءَ
لِلَّهِ
وَلَوۡ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَنفُسِكُمۡ
أَوِ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَۚ
إِن
يَكُنۡ
غَنِيًّا
أَوۡ
فَقِيرٗا
فَٱللَّهُ
أَوۡلَىٰ
بِهِمَاۖ
فَلَا
تَتَّبِعُواْ
ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ
أَن
تَعۡدِلُواْۚ
وَإِن
تَلۡوُۥٓاْ
أَوۡ
تُعۡرِضُواْ
فَإِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
خَبِيرٗا
١٣٥
Vous qui croyez ! Agissez en toute justice et rendez témoignage dans le seul but de plaire à Allah, même si vous devez pour cela témoigner contre vous-mêmes, vos père et mère ou vos proches parents. Que celui contre lequel vous êtes appelés à témoigner soit riche ou pauvre, sachez qu’Allah sait mieux que vous ce qui va dans son intérêt. Que vos sentiments ne vous empêchent donc pas de rendre justice. Et si vous produisez un faux témoignage ou refusez simplement de témoigner, sachez qu’Allah est parfaitement informé de vos agissements.
