An-Nisa' 4:128 وان امراة خافت من بعلها نشوزا او اعراضا فلا جناح عليهما ان يصلحا بينهما صلحا والصلح خير واحضرت الانفس الشح وان تحسنوا وتتقوا فان الله كان بما تعملون خبيرا ١٢٨
وَإِنِ
ٱمۡرَأَةٌ
خَافَتۡ
مِنۢ
بَعۡلِهَا
نُشُوزًا
أَوۡ
إِعۡرَاضٗا
فَلَا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡهِمَآ
أَن
يُصۡلِحَا
بَيۡنَهُمَا
صُلۡحٗاۚ
وَٱلصُّلۡحُ
خَيۡرٞۗ
وَأُحۡضِرَتِ
ٱلۡأَنفُسُ
ٱلشُّحَّۚ
وَإِن
تُحۡسِنُواْ
وَتَتَّقُواْ
فَإِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
خَبِيرٗا
١٢٨
Si une femme se sent dédaignée ou délaissée par son époux, l’un et l’autre ne commettent aucun péché s’ils parviennent à un arrangement1. Il est d’ailleurs toujours préférable de trouver un compromis, bien que l’homme soit par nature égoïste. Mais si, redoutant d’être injustes, vous vous montrez bienveillants2, sachez qu’Allah est parfaitement informé de votre comportement.
