أَفَغَيۡرَ
ٱللَّهِ
أَبۡتَغِي
حَكَمٗا
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِيٓ
أَنزَلَ
إِلَيۡكُمُ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مُفَصَّلٗاۚ
وَٱلَّذِينَ
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
يَعۡلَمُونَ
أَنَّهُۥ
مُنَزَّلٞ
مِّن
رَّبِّكَ
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ
فَلَا
تَكُونَنَّ
مِنَ
ٱلۡمُمۡتَرِينَ
١١٤
Dis : « Pourrais-je désirer un autre arbitre qu’Allah1, Lui qui vous a révélé ce Livre aux enseignements si clairs ? » Ceux auxquels Nous avons confié les Ecritures savent parfaitement que le Coran, Livre de vérité, a été révélé par ton Seigneur. Ne sois donc pas de ceux qui en doutent.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْتَغِى حَكَماً
(Shall I seek a judge other than Allah...) between you and I,
وَهُوَ الَّذِى أَنَزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَبَ مُفَصَّلاً
(while it is He Who has sent down unto you the Book, explained...) in detail,
وَالَّذِينَ ءَاتَيْنَهُمُ الْكِتَبَ
(and those unto whom We gave the S
