Ar-Ra'd 13:31 ولو ان قرانا سيرت به الجبال او قطعت به الارض او كلم به الموتى بل لله الامر جميعا افلم يياس الذين امنوا ان لو يشاء الله لهدى الناس جميعا ولا يزال الذين كفروا تصيبهم بما صنعوا قارعة او تحل قريبا من دارهم حتى ياتي وعد الله ان الله لا يخلف الميعاد ٣١
وَلَوۡ
أَنَّ
قُرۡءَانٗا
سُيِّرَتۡ
بِهِ
ٱلۡجِبَالُ
أَوۡ
قُطِّعَتۡ
بِهِ
ٱلۡأَرۡضُ
أَوۡ
كُلِّمَ
بِهِ
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۗ
بَل
لِّلَّهِ
ٱلۡأَمۡرُ
جَمِيعًاۗ
أَفَلَمۡ
يَاْيۡـَٔسِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
أَن
لَّوۡ
يَشَآءُ
ٱللَّهُ
لَهَدَى
ٱلنَّاسَ
جَمِيعٗاۗ
وَلَا
يَزَالُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
تُصِيبُهُم
بِمَا
صَنَعُواْ
قَارِعَةٌ
أَوۡ
تَحُلُّ
قَرِيبٗا
مِّن
دَارِهِمۡ
حَتَّىٰ
يَأۡتِيَ
وَعۡدُ
ٱللَّهِۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
لَا
يُخۡلِفُ
ٱلۡمِيعَادَ

Si un livre pouvait déplacer les montagnes, fendre la terre ou faire parler les morts, ce serait bien celui-ci. Toute décision cependant appartient à Allah. Les croyants ne savent-ils pas que, s’Il le voulait, Allah guiderait tous les hommes ? Pour prix de leurs iniquités, les impies ne cesseront d’être frappés de malheurs, qui pourront aussi s’abattre autour d’eux, jusqu’à ce que la menace d’Allah soit mise à exécution. Allah, en vérité, exécute toujours Ses menaces.
