Ar-Ra'd 13:29 الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات طوبى لهم وحسن ماب ٢٩
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
وَعَمِلُواْ
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
طُوبَىٰ
لَهُمۡ
وَحُسۡنُ
مَـَٔابٖ
٢٩
A ceux qui croient et accomplissent de bonnes œuvres sont réservées la plus grande félicité et la plus heureuse des retraites.

Disbelievers ask for Miracles, Allah's Response to Them
Allah says that the idolators said,
لَوْلاَ
(Why is not), meaning, there should be,
أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ
(a sign sent down to him from his Lord) The idolators also said,
